Terms of Service
Plain terms for working with Nexoraloop Brand Studio. Last updated 27 October 2026.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to all work done by Nexoraloop Brand Studio, a sole proprietorship run by Chandan Nagaraj in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. When you confirm a scope by email (for example by replying "Agreed") or pay an invoice, you agree to them. An email confirmation counts as a signed agreement.
2. Scope and quotes
Each package and add-on is delivered as described on this website. Anything beyond that is quoted separately and only begins after you agree in writing. The agreed scope is confirmed by email before work starts, and any change to it must also be agreed in writing (email is enough).
3. Payment
After the scope is agreed, we send an invoice with the payment details.
- An advance of 50% starts the work. Work does not begin until the advance has reached us.
- The balance is paid before final files are handed over or the site goes live.
- Invoices are due by the date shown on them. If an invoice stays unpaid after its due date, work pauses and the delivery dates move by the same amount.
- Where we are registered for GST, GST is shown separately on the invoice.
- Prices are in the currency quoted in your proposal. Third-party fees such as domain registration are paid at cost.
4. Timelines
The timeline is agreed in writing. It depends on you sending materials and feedback on time. If your side takes longer, the dates move by the same amount.
5. Revisions
Two rounds of changes to the draft are included. Extra rounds, or changes that go beyond the agreed scope, are quoted separately.
6. Approval and inactivity
When you approve a draft or the final work in writing (a message is enough), that stage is complete. If we do not hear from you for 30 days, we may pause the project, and restarting it may need a new schedule or a new quote.
7. What you provide
You provide accurate information and you confirm that you have the right to use the text, photos and logos you give us. You are responsible for the claims made about you in your own profile, website or book, and for any claim that material you supplied infringes someone else’s rights.
8. Ghostwritten content
Ghostwritten pieces are written from your interview and your ideas. Nothing is published in your name until you have reviewed and approved it, and you remain responsible for the facts and opinions in it.
9. Third-party material
Fonts, stock photos, icons and software used in your project may come with their own licences. We tell you in advance if a paid licence is needed, and you pay for it. Those licences stay with their owners and are not transferred to you as part of the work.
10. Confidentiality
We keep everything you share with us for your project confidential and use it only to do the work. We ask the same of you for any unpublished drafts and working files we share with you.
11. Ownership
Until the work is paid in full, all rights in it stay with us and you may not publish or use it. Once it is paid in full, the finished website, digital card or e-book belongs to you. Our own tools, templates and methods stay ours. We may keep a copy of the files to support you. We show your work as a sample only with your written permission.
12. Cancellations and refunds
- If you cancel before work has started, the advance is refunded in full.
- If you cancel after work has started, the advance is not refunded, because the time has been spent.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, you are refunded for the part that was not delivered.
- Finished digital work that has been handed over is not refundable.
13. Support and updates
The Executive Council and Creator Flagship packages include three months of priority support and small updates. For other packages, later changes are quoted separately.
14. Limits
We rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting and LinkedIn, and we are not responsible for their outages or rule changes. We do not promise a particular number of leads, followers or sales. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim connected with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
15. Events beyond our control
Neither side is responsible for a delay caused by events outside its control, such as illness, power or internet failure, natural events or government action. Dates move by the length of the delay.
16. Privacy
How we handle the information you share with us is explained in our Privacy Policy.
17. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our work or service, write to hello@thenexoraloop.com. We aim to resolve every complaint within 30 days. Complaints about personal data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Bengaluru.
19. General
These terms and the scope confirmed by email are the whole agreement between us. Changes must be agreed in writing (email is enough). If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
