Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through our enquiry forms or the newsletter box:

• Name: To address you personally in correspondence.
• Email Address: To reply to your enquiry or send new Journal articles if you subscribed.
• Mobile Number: To call or message you on WhatsApp about your request, so we can reply quickly.
• Message & Project Details: Your project description, role, starting package, add-ons, timeline and investment range, so we can prepare an accurate scope.
• Basic technical logs: Our hosting provider keeps standard security logs (such as IP address and browser type). We do not use advertising pixels or track you across other websites.

2. Why We Use It

We use your information only for these purposes:

• To review your enquiry and reply by email, phone or WhatsApp with a clear scope, timeline and proposal.
• To deliver new Journal articles by email, only if you subscribed.
• To send invoices and keep billing records for work you have confirmed.

3. Your Consent

We ask for your consent with a tick box on the enquiry forms, and with the Subscribe button on the newsletter box. The boxes are never pre-ticked. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: click Unsubscribe in any newsletter, or email hello@thenexoraloop.com.

4. Who Receives Your Data

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio (website hosting and forms, domain and email security, newsletter delivery, and fonts). They process it only for us. Some of them store data outside India.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. We delete it when you withdraw your consent or ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it, for example tax and billing records.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent. You may also name another person to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to. Email hello@thenexoraloop.com and we will act on it promptly.

7. Adults Only

This website is meant for adults (18 or older). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.

8. Grievance & Complaints

If you have a concern about how your data is handled, write to our grievance contact:
